When I am in the area this is my go to for a delicious lobster roll and clam boil. The portions are on point. The staff is always friendly, a great little neighborhood bar, full bar, live music and keno.
Just comfort food with a beer as I had the Scallop Roll with Onion Rings and a beer. The food was delivered fast, and the service was outstanding, but the scallop roll could have used some seasoning. Otherwise, just an ordinary lunch.
I have been the past few Mondays for the $6 burger special. Good burger- best onion rings I've ever had! Julie is amazing on the bar! She's the sweetest and is the fastest bartender with a full bar and outside tables!
Great good, great service! The trivia on Thursday nights is a great crowd and the karaoke brings in some great talent. Stop by for a low key, great time!
I ordered (delivery): linguica egg rolls, crab cakes, loaded tots and clam boil. The linguica egg rolls were my favorite. They were delicious without the dipping sauce, but the sauce was tasty too, loaded with linguica and cheese. Crab cakes were good, not the best ones I've ever had but still good, tots were good also. Clam boil was well seasoned, came with clarified butter and broth, I asked for no sausage and an extra hot dog if possible. They left out the sausage as requested but did not give an extra hot dog, clams were a little sandy but honestly I was born and raised in S.E. mass and haven't found a single place that can clean clams well. I removed the stomach and that greatly reduced the amount of grittiness. Portions were good, everything was packaged well and arrived hot and quickly.
Got take-out, 1st time having food from there. Very impressed. Very yummy. And with the whole curb-side pick-up because of the pandemic it was very easy. Called to place order, pulled up, they brought it out, paid & that was it ... drove home & pigged out. We'll definitely get food from there again.
This place have a very great friendly hometown feeling. The servers are inviting and happy and the food is very good every time we come here. They always have something going on like entertainment on the weekend and other things during the week like food specials. It's a fun and comfortable place to hangout...
Best lobster roll of the season with incredible onions ring to boot! The place was empty, what a shame! My companions had broiled haddock, one with baked potatoes the other with a salad. We'll go back again in a heart beat. Please try it! We have to keep them going.
